Rob Grace.

Chiropractor. BSc DC BA Hons

Rob qualified as a Chiropractor in 1997 from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic, following a Sports Science degree from Cardiff. After initially working in a Bristol based clinic, he opened his own clinic in Cheltenham in 2000.

Rob treats all musculoskeletal conditions, using a broad range of treatment techniques, but his specialist area is spine (neck, back and pelvis) and associated headaches, arm and leg symptoms. He is known for being adept at solving complex long-standing conditions, and explaining a patient’s disorder in a clear, uncomplicated manner.

Rob has helped thousands of patients over the years and drawing on this experience, he can select the best treatment approach of each patient. Treating people of all ages, Rob also uses a chiropractic adjustment tool (Impulse IQ), which delivers a precise mobilisation to a joint, stimulating the same joint repair response as hands-on treatment, but in a very gentle way. This opens traditional chiropractic to more patients who may not like or shouldn’t have traditional adjustments.

Away from the clinic, Rob fits in golf, mountain-biking and walking a very active dog, as well as enjoying watching his children’s sport and drama. When there’s time, he loves an action movie and a good book, along with glass of good wine.

He is available for appointments on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Alex Seymour.

Chiropractor. MChiro DC

Alex graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic with a first-class master’s degree in chiropractic.  He has also completed an extra year of post-registration training with the Royal College of Chiropractors.

Alex uses a variety of techniques in his treatment; chiropractic manipulations and mobilisations, soft tissue techniques (such as dry needling and soft tissue release), activator techniques and Impulse IQ, and functional rehabilitation.

He has a wide range of experience treating all types of musculoskeletal issues, but he has a specialist interest in the spine (neck and back), shoulders and jaw issues.  He also enjoys helping patients return to their sporting best.  Alex treats patients of all ages, from teens through to our more senior patients.

He has always had a keen interest in sports, in particular swimming and Water Polo. Alex competed at a high level in his swimming, including becoming National Champion and winning a junior race at the 2016 Olympic Trials. Chiropractic treatment facilitated Alex throughout his sporting career, making him motivated to help all people suffering with musculoskeletal pain. He understands the impact that pain and joint dysfunction can have on day-to-day life as well as sporting fitness.

Alex enjoys spending time with his family and being out for walks with the dog.

He is available for appointments on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
