Chiropractic.

We now offer chiropractic services in Cheltenham and Cirencester.

Chiropractic is a health profession that specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal pain, injury and disfunction.  Treating patients of all ages, chiropractors treat acute and chronic conditions, aiming to reduce pain, restore function and prevent injury recurrence.

At Encompass Health we treat most musculoskeletal conditions, such as: back, neck and shoulder pain; joint pain and stiffness; headaches; sciatic pain; disc problems; arthritis and sports injuries.

Whether caused by trauma, over-use, poor posture or general wear and tear, we aim to find the underlying cause of your problem and restore the body to optimal health and function.

We provide quality chiropractic care with a patient-centred approach. Every patient is different, and no two injuries or symptoms are the same. Following a professional consultation and examination, we provide a personalised treatment plan specific to the individual’s requirements.

Chiropractic treatment primarily involves specific joint manipulations to restore movement within tight or restricted joints. It is a hands-on technique using controlled pressure, applied at speed, to a dysfunctional joint. As a result, the surrounding muscles relax and proper joint biomechanics can return. We also use an innovative technological device, which delivers repeated impulses to move and measure the joints’ reaction. Just as effective as the hands-on method, it is ideal for those who prefer a gentler approach.  See how the Impulse IQ works HERE.

“My pain and inflammation have both reduced. I cannot recommend this treatment highly enough, a hidden secret that can be life changing for people with arthritis.”

Chiropractic is safe and generally painless. It is regulated by the General Chiropractic Council with whom our practitioners are registered. Rob Grace qualified as a Dr of chiropractic over 25 years ago and prides himself in the ability to not only diagnose and treat the condition causing your discomfort but to explain it in a way that you understand. With this and the aftercare advice given, you can help increase the speed of your recovery, manage the condition and reduce the chance of re-injury.

Appointments are available in Cheltenham on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  Get in touch via our contact form or call on 01242 906578.

Rob also works in Cirencester on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Cirencester Physiotherapy Centre. Call to book on 01285 23820.
